Puppy Pre School Course – Wednesday 26th February 7pm (Bearsden)

Aimed at dogs under 16wks, this course covers basic training such as sit, down, stand, introducing them to stay and recall.  On top of this pups learn some focus exercises like leave, watch me and settle.  We also discuss topics such as toilet training, puppy biting, jumping up and more. This course runs over a 7wk period, with week 1 being without the pups.  Each week is 45mins and costs £88.  Numbers are usually limited to about 6 pups.

Beginners Course – 21st April 5.30pm

Aimed at dogs over 16wks, this course covers basic training such as sit, down, stand and introducing them to stay and recall.  It also included some impulse control exercises such as appropriate meeting and greeting of dogs/people, leave and focus. This course starts on Tuesday 25th February at 5.30pm and runs over a 8wk period of half hour sessions.  Course costs £80 and is limited to 4 dogs.

Kennel Club Good Citizen Bronze Award – Tuesday 7th April 6pm

    This course runs over a 8wk period of half hour sessions. Exercises include Loose Lead Walking Examination and grooming your dog Control at doorway/gate Impulse control around people & dogs 1 min stay Recall Further information available from the kennel club website https://www.thekennelclub.org.uk/training/good-citizen-dog-training-scheme/information-for-dog-owners/gcds-award-descriptions/ There will be the option to sit a test by an outside examiner (date to be confirmed, additional cost) This course costs £80.00

This 8wk course is a follow on to the beginners level.  Moving exercises on to the level and also incorporating some of the kennel club good citizen bronze exercises. This course starts Monday 23rd March at 10.30am. Course cost £80 and is limited to 4 dogs.
